The files are stored in an internal archive in Vk3DVision.exe. Have you tried to add an AV exclusion or temporarily turn it off and see if this still happens? (I am not sure why someone would use NORTON AV - talk about bloatware - instead of Windows Defender, but this is besides the point)
If that is the case something is preventing the application to write there. This is after you started Vk3DVision.exe as Administrator right?

Is anyone else with a E6/C6 TV display having a problem activating Doom Eternal's fix with this updated Vk3DVision driver?ĭefine "I cannot get 3D to activate in Doom Eternal". For example, I finished both the original Doom Eternal campaign and The Surge 2 using 1.02 version of Vk3DVision driver. Note that I had NO problem activating 3D when using earlier versions of Vk3DVision.

In game, I have tried both borderless window and full screen modes. I have also tried removing Vk3DFrameSync.dll, as well.

I also unsuccessfully tested game using Windows 10 v2004 with 466.11 driver (this setup has no EDID override, also). I have faithfully followed ALL README.pdf instructions, and used 3DVision, 3DVision11, TB_LEFT, and TB_RIGHT viewing modes, with my v1809/452.06 setup. Unfortunately, I cannot get 3D to activate in Doom Eternal, using _DLC2 version of fix (Vk3DVision 3.0.0).
